The Banhoek Coffee Co. draws its inspiration from the Banhoek Valley, a picturesque and fertile ecosphere between Stellenbosch and Franschhoek in the Western Cape Province of South Africa.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Known for its stunning natural beauty, the valley is surrounded by majestic mountains, and is renowned for its vineyards and wineries, along with the serene and scenic escape it offers to nature lovers. Our coffee<\/h3>

We only use pure Arabica beans which we ethically source through traceable procurement channels. Our blend consists of East African, Central, and South American coffees, delivering notes of dark chocolate and fruity aromas. The roastery<\/h3>

By utilising eco-friendly, state-of-the-art fluid-bed roasting techniques (also referred to as air roasting), we greatly minimise our roastery\u2019s carbon footprint. Furthermore, apart from the benefit of producing lower carbon emissions than most traditional coffee roasting methods, air roasting also ensures consistency and repeatable precision from one roast to the next, with the ultimate flavour drawn from the coffee beans. \n\nThis is possible due to the air-roasting process which keeps the coffee beans floating within a perfectly controlled flow of hot air to produce an even roast. The hot air, furthermore, forces out the chaff and other contaminants that might otherwise burn into the beans and mask the true flavour profile of the bean. In short, the only thing being roasted is the bean, leaving a clean and quality product with a smooth taste. The result is a low-carcinogenic coffee that coffee lovers claim tastes clean and smooth, with well-balanced, chocolaty flavours.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
